Eligibility for Returns

• Returns must be initiated within 14 business days of the delivery date.

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.

• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used items.

• Gift cards.

• Sale or clearance items.

Return Process

Refunds

Exchanges
